Welcome to Be Mindful Together. I create practical tools and resources designed to help modern families navigate the beautiful, sometimes chaotic reality of everyday parenting. As an author and early childhood specialist, my mission is to help parents you discover a world of connection, play, and creativity.
Author of Intro to Mindfulness Coloring Pages for Kids & Their Grown-ups.

I created Be Mindful Together to translate professional experience into
a collection of books and practical tools for the modern home.
Over 20 Years of Supporting Families
Every book and resource I create is rooted in both professional expertise and real-world application. My background spans preschool classrooms, family shelter programs, and years working as a professional nanny, giving me a front-row seat to the unique needs of a wide array of families.
Early Childhood Expertise: A career dedicated to helping children navigate big feelings, stress, and the everyday adventure of growing up.
Academic Foundation: I hold degrees in Early Child Development, ensuring every tool is backed by the science of how children actually learn and thrive.
Holistic Wellness: Additionally, I am a certified yoga teacher. I have specialized training in supporting children with autism, and individuals navigating major life transitions.
Creating Mindful Family Resources
Everything you find here focuses on three core pillars of a connected life:
Self-Care: Trauma-informed strategies to help you find your own center so you can show up as the parent you want to be.
Parenting & Family Care: Child development insights, intentional routines, and creative play to simplify your daily home life.
Community Care: Tools to help us build a more compassionate world, together.
Grounded in the Reality of Parenting
I’m walking this journey right alongside you. I know what it’s like to juggle carpools, meal planning, and the thousand tiny details that fill a parent’s day.
My three children are my primary inspiration (and my toughest critics!) for the stories and tools I create.
Some days are peaceful and creative and some days I’m barely making it through. Both are normal, and both are welcome here.
You’re in the right place
